Mac Safe Powered by MacBook Pro

After switching to MacBook Pro Retina, when I try to plug in the old Mabook Pro power adapter, it doesn't work. OMG! Like a magnet, the shape of the place it is attached to is different.

I use a MacBook at home, so I have a power adapter at home, so I plan to go home and use the MBP Retina.

I was looking for it in the Apple store just in case.

You can attach this to the end of the power adapter of an existing MacBook or MacBook Pro.

The laptop and the power connection part stick like a magnet. MagSafe  was first introduced at Macworld in 2006.

There are MagSafe 2 and MagSafe 1 experimental ones.
