After using the KB Kookmin Card overseas, I tried to check the amount of Won, but I couldn't find it, so I contacted the customer center to find it.
There is no KRW amount for dollar orders in the sales slip using KB Kookmin Card card.
Recently ali expressin shoe insole, iphone case for card, HDMI adapter My back KB Kookmin Gaon Platinum Cardordered with I opened the KB Kookmin Card app to check the won. However, only dollars appeared on the credit card slip, and no Korean Won was shown.
After paying in dollars, the won was not visible in the card usage history. In my experience, this is the first time with the KB Gukman Card.
I use my credit card like a debit card. After paying by credit card, it is transferred directly to the direct debit account. Thanks to Kakao Bank's easy transfer.
I searched the menu related to the usage history, but could not find the amount in Korean Won. When the payment details are released next month, there will be KRW, but that is too late. After searching the internet for a while, I couldn't find it. So I contacted customer service and got a response. There was a way.
Check the KRW amount for overseas payments with KB Kookmin Card
- Tap the three lines (三) icon in the upper right corner of the KB Kookmin Card app.
- In the My KB tab, tap the sales slip under the usage history.
- In the card use list, tap the dollar payment sales slip you want to see, or if there is none, filter only the overseas payment history.
- If you tap and open the dollar sales slip, you can see the total amount of payment in KRW as shown below.
The won amount for the dollar exchange rate comes out right away, but I don't know why it's hidden so tightly.
