Please help, the executives don't like the design

I got a call this morning from an acquaintance.

Here's the content:

“Before we launched our website, we reported to our executives. Executives say they don't like the size and colors of the font. Not one executive, but several. If it's a process thing, I'd do it somehow, but I'm talking about design.

What should I do? If so, what should I do, and when the results are out, how should I report them to the executives?”

In the case of process usability, we would find and solve the problem through logical analysis or usability test, but it is an emotional design, so we do not know what to do. At the same time as finding and solving problems, the results should be reported back to the executives and persuaded.

I do not know. What should the person in charge of this do?
